Strategy Breakdown


Starting roughly six months out from the band's scheduled tour, we utilized Fan-Finder campaigns to generate awareness in their touring target markets. Those who showed genuine interest in the awareness content were automatically fed into an Education and Nurturing Sequence that lasted eight weeks.

We then ran Opt-In ads granting early access to the band's unreleased album, in order to secure geotargeted emails in each target market. Each email sign-up triggered a nurturing workflow that we built in the band's email auto-responder, deepening the new fan relationship even further.

When it was time to start pushing tickets for the shows, we had amassed a large warm audience audience on socials, and about 300 new email subscribers in each city.

The result? 7800 tickets sold.

While Evanoff had consistently sold lots of merch on the road, their e-commerce store rarely saw consistent sales.

With the intent of turning their store into a reliable revenue stream, we upgraded the infrastructure of their store and utilized Shopify plugins to increase the average order value of any future customers.

Next, we began implementing a consistent email marketing strategy with nurturing workflows concluding in exclusive sales offers.

With this infrastructure built, we were able to start running a Free + Shipping & Handling campaign targeting both warm and cold audiences, and coordinated a calendar of exclusive merch drops to increase the LTV (life time value) of these customers.

The results? +$6000/mo increase in e-commerce revenue.
