Hands Like Houses
From no active US store to #2 and #5 on the ARIA Australian Albums chart in the same week.
Hands Like Houses had a loyal fanbase on two continents and none of the machinery to sell to it. No active US store. Hundreds of CDs and records sitting unsold in warehouses. An old Mailchimp list with no idea where anyone lived. We built the engine in under eight weeks.

Campaign Results
Two Markets, Two Funnels
Australia and the US needed different offers. Australian fans already knew the new record, so we led with a direct-to-vinyl offer on Lótus. In the US, where the band had a big audience and no store, we built a Free + Shipping CD funnel on Atmospherics to turn dormant fans into buyers, with vinyl and merch upsells before checkout.
Both funnels ran on Meta sales conversion campaigns optimized against real purchases. The stock that had been sitting in warehouses as a sunk cost became the offer.
Tactics deployed: Free + Shipping & Handling Funnel, Direct-to-Consumer Vinyl Campaign, Shopify Store Buildout, Meta Sales Conversion Ads, Vinyl Upsells, Ad Creative Testing.
The Result
3,319 orders and A$88.8K in Shopify revenue in under 8 weeks. 5,300+ CDs and vinyl moved, at an 8.5x return on ad spend through September.
Two Albums in the ARIA Top 5
Every physical unit sold through the funnels was reported to ARIA. In August, Lótus re-entered the ARIA Albums chart at #22, with #5 on the Australian Artist Albums chart and #10 on Vinyl Albums.
Then the funnels kept running. By the chart week of 21 September 2026, Lótus sat at #2 on the ARIA Top 10 Australian Albums chart and Atmospherics, a catalog record, sat at #5. Two albums from one independent band in the Top 5 at the same time.
Tactics deployed: Chart Reporting, Album Launch Coordination, Sustained Paid Advertising, Email List Activation, Multi-Album Cross-Promotion.

The Result
#2 and #5 on the ARIA Australian Albums chart in the same week.
A Buyer List That Sells Tickets
We moved the band off Mailchimp and onto Drip, and every buyer came in tagged by location. For the first time the band knows exactly where its paying fans live, on both sides of the Pacific.
That list now drives their regional Australian tour, with ticket campaigns and email aimed at the towns where the buyers are.
Tactics deployed: Email Platform Migration, Location Tagging, Post-Purchase Automation, Tour Opt-In Pages, Data-Driven Market Targeting.
The Result
875 US orders from a market with no active store, and a buyer list built for the next tour and the next record.
