Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026. These terms apply to highlineartists.com and to the free resources, courses, community memberships, and services offered by Highline Marketing LLC (doing business as Highline Artists). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

Highline Artists is a marketing agency and education company for independent musicians, operated by Highline Marketing LLC. Questions about these terms can go to support@highlineartists.com.

Free Resources and Email

When you request a free guide or resource, we send it to the email address you give us and add you to our email list. We use that list to send educational content and information about our courses, community, and services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Courses and Community

Course and community prices are shown on the relevant page at the time of purchase. Courses are a one-time purchase. Community memberships are billed monthly through Skool until you cancel, and Skool's own terms also apply to that membership. You can cancel a community membership at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Course content is licensed for your personal use. Please do not resell, share logins, or republish course material.

Agency Services

Submitting an application does not create a client relationship. Done-for-you services are governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees, ad spend, and term. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Results and Testimonials

Case studies, testimonials, and figures on this site describe results specific clients or students achieved. They are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Outcomes depend on your music, budget, effort, market, and factors outside anyone's control, including platform algorithms and ad auctions. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of streams, followers, revenue, ticket sales, or income.

This site is not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, YouTube, or Google.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, guides, and course material, belongs to Highline Marketing LLC or is used with permission. Artist names, photos, and music remain the property of their owners.

Limitation of Liability

The site and free resources are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Highline Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
