Fulfillment or partnership? Which is right for me?
If you're already running successful merch campaigns and you just need the operational headache taken off your plate, standalone fulfillment at $3 per order is the right fit. If you're doing 500+ orders per month and want HLA driving the marketing, sourcing, and design strategy on top of fulfillment, the partnership tier is built for that.
How does the $2 shipping savings actually work?
Most artists ship CDs and small merch via USPS media mail at $4.65 per order. Through our local post office contact, we ship every order first-class at $2.25 per order. That $2 savings comes out of the shipping fee your customer already pays at Shopify checkout. You don't pay extra. The savings flow straight into your bottom line.
What products can you fulfill?
CDs, vinyl, apparel, posters, signed editions, special releases. If it ships from a warehouse via USPS, we can handle it. International shipping is not currently supported.
Does the partnership tier replace the $3 per order fee?
No. The $3 per order fulfillment fee is the same in both tiers. The partnership tier layers marketing, sourcing, and design services on top of fulfillment, with a profit share on the marketing-driven revenue. Fulfillment and marketing are priced separately.
What happens during a launch spike?
That's what this is built for. A 1,500-order launch week runs through the same workflow as a 200-order quiet week. You don't touch a mailer. Per-order pricing means you only pay for what we actually ship.
How do I get inventory to you, and what if I run out mid-campaign?
Ship your inventory to our warehouse via USPS media mail. A 70lb box runs $4.65 and fits hundreds of CDs. We'll send you the warehouse address during onboarding. When stock hits a threshold you set, we notify you and you send replenishment. No campaign pause required if you reorder on time.
