A funnel where the buyer pays only shipping and handling to receive a physical product (a CD, a small piece of merch). The actual purpose is to convert cold ad traffic into known paying customers at low friction, then upsell vinyl, t-shirts, or higher-priced bundles at checkout. Free + Shipping campaigns frequently break even or profit on the front end, then compound on upsells.
How does this compare to just running a regular merch store?
A regular store needs warm traffic that already knows the artist. A Free + Shipping funnel converts cold ad traffic from Meta because the offer is irresistible at the top of the funnel. Most independent merch stores die because they get no traffic. Funnels solve the traffic problem with paid ads.
What is realistic ROAS for product monetization campaigns?

Do I need to handle fulfillment myself?

Is product monetization included in every package?
Included in the Full Service tier at $2,000/mo plus $1,000+ ad spend. Not the primary focus of Social and Spotify Growth, though we can layer it in if you already have an offer that fits.
